Cold-drawn precision tubes: seamless H8, welded H9, HPZ for skiving and roller burnishing, and HPL for hydraulic lines. H8, H9 and HPZ are tubes for hydraulic cylinders (also searched for as “honed tubes”). Stock in Plovdiv, cut to size on AMADA machines.

How to choose
You need a tight tolerance on the inside diameter
Suitable type: Seamless cold-drawn precision H8 tubes
Why: A seamless tube with the tighter of the two bore tolerances; it goes to larger diameters than H9.
H9 tolerance is enough for you
Suitable type: Electric-welded cold-drawn precision H9 tubes
Why: An electric-welded tube with a wider tolerance than H8; it also comes in smaller diameters than H8 does.
You finish the bore yourself: skiving or roller burnishing
Suitable type: Precision HPZ tubes
Why: Tolerances follow your specification; available seamless or electric-welded.
A tube for a hydraulic line, not for a cylinder
Suitable type: Seamless cold-drawn HPL hydraulic line tubes
Why: A seamless tube for pressure lines in hydraulic and pneumatic systems; normalized, with caps on both ends.
